The summer institutes are open to middle school teachers (grades 5-9). Ocean scientists are also recruited and work side by side with the teachers during the week. Lodging and meals are covered
and stipends are provided.
TEACHER PERCEPTIONS OF THE COSEE:CGOM PROGRAM
This poster presentation reveals the preliminary results from a survey and study conducted by members of the COSEE:CGOM to investigate the use of lessons and information presented during workshops in their individual classrooms.
